Nathalie has been providing Global Executive Search services to the sector for 12 years. Prior to founding VirdisPharma, she created from scratch the UK affiliate of Pact Healthcare, a well-established French search company. This experience overall provides her with in depth understanding of the challenges and developments within the sector.
